Catnip Estates is a proposed "green" community located at the edge of the historic Town of Bath, just one "row" back from Bath Creek. Many of the lots have wonderful views of Bath Creek and all lots will have access to Bath Creek. To ensure the quality of construction and protect the investment of owners, all home plans must be approved by the Architectural Committee of the Catnip Estates Homeowner's Association.
